Shipping

Orders are sent via UPS Express or Posti Finland. You can also pick up your order in Nomen Nescio store, Fredrikinkatu 39, 00120 Helsinki, Finland.

Shipping costs:

Finland: Free Posti Finland / UPS Standard shipping for orders over 300€. Otherwise 10€ via Posti Finland and 15€ via UPS Standard. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days via UPS Standard and 2-5 business days via Posti Finland.

EU: Free UPS Standard shipping for orders over 300€. Otherwise 25€. The estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days. 

Rest of the world: Free UPS Standard shipping for orders over 300€. Otherwise 30€. The estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days.

Russia: We do not sell or ship to Russia during the war.

Please note, that if you are ordering or returning outside the EU, there may be possible custom duties or duties, depending on the destination country.

Returns & exchange

If you´re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them.

The returned products must be returned complete and unused, with all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging. Before sending any returns, contact us by emailstore@nomennescio.fi.

Returns and exchanges for all items are for free and will be shipped via UPS Standard or Posti Finland, or can be brought directly to Nomen Nescio store in Fredrikinkatu 39, Helsinki. When returning via UPS Standard or Posti Finland, we will send you the shipping label by email upon request, please contact store@nomennescio.fi, and let us know which items you would like to return or exchange. For exchange, as soon as we have received the returning product, we will ship the requested products.
