Returns & Cancellations
You can manage cancellations, returns and exchanges in the Orders section of your customer account. Sign in with your email address. A one-time login code will be sent to your email, so no password is required.
Cancellations
You can request to cancel your online order before it has been shipped.
1. Sign in to your customer account using your email address and a one-time login code.
2. Select Cancel items for the relevant order and submit your request.
3. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request and an update on its processing.
If your order has already been shipped, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal through the returns process.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase and return the items without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving them. Returns are free of charge when you follow our return instructions.
1. Sign in to your customer account using your email address and a one-time login code.
2. Select Return items for the relevant order.
3. Select the items you wish to return and choose a return reason.
4. Add a note if needed and submit your request.
5. You will receive an email confirmation and return instructions.
You can notify us of your withdrawal by submitting a return request within 14 days of receiving your items. Please send the items back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Exchanges
You can request to exchange an item for a different size or product within 14 days of receiving it. Exchanges are handled through our returns process and are subject to availability. Any price difference between the items will be charged or refunded as part of the exchange. There are no shipping fees for exchanges.
1. Sign in to your customer account using your email address and a one-time login code.
2. Select Return items for the relevant order.
3. Select the items you wish to exchange.
4. Select Other as the return reason and specify your preferred replacement item and size in the notes field.
If you need to change the delivery address for your exchange, please contact our customer service before submitting your request.
If your preferred size is unavailable, you can return the item and place a new order once the size is back in stock.
Return Conditions
You may try on and inspect items as you would in a physical store. Returned items must be carefully packaged. We recommend using the original packaging and keeping the product tags attached.
If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and its value has decreased as a result, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund.
Returns and exchanges are free of charge when you follow our return instructions and use our designated shipping carrier. In Finland, returns are handled by Posti. Instructions for international returns will be provided when you submit your return request.
Please keep your return shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method. If you withdraw from your entire order under your statutory right of withdrawal, we will also refund the original delivery costs up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back. All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Once your refund has been issued, it may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Alternative Method of Withdrawal
You can also notify us of your withdrawal by sending an email to store@nomennescio.fi or by using the model withdrawal form. You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal.
