In the ongoing experimentations of long sound, musician Heikki Lindgren creates soundscapes diving into archaic aesthetics. Poet singing, bowed lyre, overtone flutes and self made instruments find common ground with the contemporary electronic music production methods and field recordings.
Karkaa is a Helsinki-based experimental musician. He explores maximalist soundscapes, posing ambient, experimental and club music elements side by side.
This event is a collaboration between Nomen Nescio, Post—Rift, and friends. Helsinki-based Post—Rift @post_rift is a record label and an audiovisual art collective exploring the fault lines of electronic sound and image, seeking familiarity in the unknown.
