You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.
All pieces are unisex, and the sizing is based on Scandinavian sizing for men. More detailed size info in each product page, from the link: "size guide & product info".
Orders are sent via carbon neutral DHL Express. You can also pick up your order in Nomen Nescio Garden -store, Pohjoisesplanadi 33, Kämp Galleria, 2nd floor, 00100 Helsinki.
Finland: Free DHL express shipping. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
EU: Free DHL express shipping. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Rest of the world: Free DHL express shipping. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Please note, that if you are ordering or returning outside EU, there may be possible custom duties or duties, depending on destination country.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices in the online shop are in euros and include the Finnish VAT 24%. Finnish VAT is included regardless the shipping address. Nomen Nescio reserves the right to change the prices.

In order to use PayPal payment method, you must have a personal PayPal account from which the money transfer is done. Once you have registered and entered your credit card details, you can shop online with just few clicks. Read more about PayPal on PayPal’s website.
Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is a payment collecting service provider and an authorized payment institution that works in cooperation with Finnish bank and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc (or Paytrail Oyj) is shown as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.

Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Campaign Invoice: If you have been offered the option of an extended payment period of 1-3 months at the time of purchase against your initial payment, you can pay for your purchases according to the terms of the campaign invoice.
Klarna payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
If you´re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused, all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging. Before sending any returns, contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns for normal priced items inside EU are for free and will be shipped via DHL express. We will send you the shipping label by email upon request, please contact: email@example.com.
Returns for discounted priced items inside EU are at customer´s responsibility and expense and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, because we are not responsible for lost return shippings. Please send us the tracking code for the return by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, include to the message your name, order number and list of products that are being returned.

After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
COAT + FREE BEANIE CAMPAIGN
If you want to return the coat included in the promotional campaign you have 14 days to change and return the product. If you have redeemed the beanie as a benefit of the campaign, you should return the beanie at the same time.

Personal information we collect
